How Can I get to Harvard Business School?

I am now a young man in high school and I want to go to Harvard Business School. My question is, how can I go to Harvard? I screwed around the first semester and got a 3.2 GPA but the head before the second semester hit me and now I have only 1b. I really want to get into Harvard now and wish to do anything. Will I still be in the first semester of the New Year with 3.2 GPA Harvard? The next year, I'll take AP Euro which hopefully boosts my GPA. (4.2 GPA next year) What do I do? I am now in a club called Helping Hands, which gives me a junior height teaching. I already have teachers on Monday and Wednesday so I already have volunteer work around 10-20 hours.
