I felt the smae for a long time. Tge thing that worked for me was finding a sport i really loved. Now working out isnt just a chore its a fun activity that really wants to make me workout and eat healthy so i can perform wel at that sport
I've been doing everyone of these tips for the longest time... I gained weight. I feel lost when I can't lose weight, I feel like I'm disgusting. But, maybe it's just my body.
I am in the US so aside from the obvious healthy options, we have A LOT of bad options lol
Best tasting would have to be Chipotle and American style Chinese food for me. I get either or at least once a week. I love General Tso from Chinese places and I usually just go with a chicken bowl from Chipotle

Just stop fast food eating. Oh and chocolate too.
I lost 5 kilograms for 2 weeks.
